  4. Loss or damage arising out of the nondisclosure dual occupancy or incorrect description of occupancy.<\/li>\r\n \t
  5. Premises exclude yard, garden, and outbuilding unless specifically agreed.<\/li>\r\n \t
  6. War, invasion, the act of a foreign enemy, hostilities or any act of terrorism.<\/li>\r\n \t
  7. Unaccountable and or inventory loss<\/li>\r\n \t
