Details 

• You can pay your Individual Family Takaful Regular Plan Contribution Due.
• Applicable to all Bank Islam's Current and Savings Account holders.
• Bank Islam Auto Debit form can be downloaded from Takaful Malaysia website or available at any Takaful myCare Centres or Takaful Retail Centres.
• Please complete the Bank Islam Autodebit with details of certificate owner and details of Bank Islam's account holder.
• For new business/new application, please leave "Bill Reference No." blank. We will assist to complete it with the correct certificate number upon approval of the proposal.
• For existing certificate, please write clearly on each Bank Islam Autodebit form a CERTIFICATE ONLY.
• The company has the right to charge customer for any/total outstanding due(s) for the certificate enrolled/assigned with payment method as Auto Debit to ensure that the certificate is active and customer enjoys protection from Takaful Malaysia.
• Customers are advised to write 00 or leave it blank at the "Limit (Next Ringgit)" field. This is to avoid any disruption of billing in the event that the contributions amount stated differ from the actual contributions or the contributions stated are revised due to changes from time to time as advised by Takaful Malaysia, the Company is authorised to amend where necessary and debit the actual contributions accordingly.
• The completed form must be submitted to any of Takaful myCare Centres or Takaful Retail Centres.
• For existing certificate holder, the completed Bank Islam Autodebit Form must be submitted together with Endorsement Form for Individual Family Certificate.
• No receipt will be issued. Account holders must check their monthly bank statement. You can also check via Takaful myCustomer Portal
• For rejected / unsuccessful billing, please refer to Bank Islam for clarification as the explanations for the failed billing/deduction are solely meant for the affected Bak Islam's account holder only.
• Takaful Malaysia will not be able to seek the details on the failed billing/deduction on behalf of Bank Islam’s account holders as the information is private and confidential between Bank Islam and account holders. This is also in line with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act / Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

Note: The period of 30 days is required to process registration with Bank Islam. 2 months ¹initial contribution payments required while waiting for the activation of payment via Bank Islam Auto Debit.

¹Contribution fee for activating the certificate depends on the type of certificate. For products with a monthly payment frequency, payment of contributions required is 2 months before payments with Auto Debit method implemented. Whereas for products with a frequency of half-yearly payments, an advance payment of half a year must be paid being the initial contribution payment

• For each successful payment made, customers are to retain receipt generated from bankislam.biz session as evidence of payment. You can also check via Takaful myCustomer Portal.
• No receipt will be issued. Accountholders must retain the generated bankislam.biz receipt as evidence of payment of contribution.

Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd (BIMB) - ATM

Product

• Eligible to BIMB's ATM Smart Card Holder.
• Must register first at any BIMB's branches the certificate number to pay using BIMB ATM.
• At ATM , select menu "Others" -> "Bill Payment & IPT Fee" -> "Bill Payment".
• Key in "Payee Code=3001".
• Enter amount of payment.
• No receipt will be issued. Please keep the receipt generated from the ATM as proof of payment. You can also check via Takaful myCustomer Portal.

Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd (BIMB) - Over The Counters(OTC)

Credit Card Standing Instruction

• Pay your contribution by Standing Instruction via Credit Card - Visa or Credit Card - Master only.
• The Credit Card Debit Form is available on the Takaful Malaysia corporate website .
• The completed form must be submitted to any Takaful myCare Centres, Takaful Retail Centres or Branches of Takaful Malaysia only.
• For new business submission/application for a Takaful plan, the completed Credit Card Debit Form must be submitted together with the proposal form to any Takaful myCare Centres, Takaful Retail Centres or Branches of Takaful Malaysia only.
• For existing certificate holder, the completed Credit Card Debit Form must be submitted together with Endorsement Form for Individual Family Certificate.
• The company has the right to charge customer for any / total outstanding due(s) for the certificate enrolled / assigned with payment method as Credit Card Standing Instruction to ensure that the certificate is active and customer enjoys protection from Takaful Malaysia.
• No receipt will be issued. Cardholders must check their monthly credit card statement.

• No receipt will be issued. Account holders must retain the generated Maybank2u receipt as evidence of payment of contribution.

• Register first your certificate at any Maybank branch, via Maybank2u or Kawanku Phone Banking, with the Payee Code = 307 for Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad.
• Go to the nearest Kawanku ATM and select "PAYBILLS" on the screen.
• Key in the payment amount.
• Select the account you wish to make payment from, whether savings or current.
• Select payee corporation as Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad (the list of payee corporations you have pre-registered will appear on the ATM screen for your selection).
• Transaction completed.
• No receipt will be issued. Account holders must check their monthly bank statement as evidence of payment of contribution.
• For any enquiries, you may contact Maybank via telephone 1-300-88-6688 or via Maybank website.

Maybank - Phone Banking

Product
Family Takaful. 

Details 

• Applicable to all Maybank's Current & Savings account holder only.
• Register first your certificate at any Maybank branch by completing Maybank Electronic Banking Services Application Form – Phone Banking(PB) service.
• The completed form must be processed and authenticate by Maybank.
• Please call 1-300-88-6688 to make payment.
• RM0.50 will be deducted for each successful transaction.
• No receipt will be issued. Account holders must check their monthly bank statement as evidence of payment of contribution.
• For any enquiries, you may contact Maybank via telephone 1-300-88-6688 or via Maybank website.

Tabung Haji (TH) - AutoDebit

• Please complete the Tabung Haji (TH) Auto Debit Form with details of certificate owner and details of Tabung Haji’s account holder.
• For new business/new application, please leave the "Certificate No." blank. We will assist to complete it with the correct certificate number upon approval of the proposal.
• For existing certificate, please write clearly on each Tabung Haji (TH) Auto Debit Form one (1) CERTIFICATE ONLY. For paying more than one (1) certificate, please complete a fresh Tabung Haji (TH) Auto Debit Form per certificate.
• The company has the right to charge customer for any/total outstanding due(s) for the certificate enrolled/assigned with payment method as Auto Debit to ensure that the certificate is active and customer enjoys protection from Takaful Malaysia.
• The completed form must be submitted to any of Takaful myCare Centres or Branches of Takaful Malaysia only.
• For new business submission/application for a Takaful plan, the completed Tabung Haji (TH) Auto Debit Form must be submitted together with the proposal form to any branch or Takaful myCare Center (TMCCs) of Takaful Malaysia.
• For existing certificate holder, the completed Tabung Haji (TH) Auto Debit Form must be submitted together with Endorsement Form for Individual Family Certificate.
• No receipt will be issued. Account holders must check their regular Lembaga Tabung Haji statement, which are also now able to be linked to selected banks Internet Banking. Customer may also check through myTakaful Customer Portal.

• You can use MyClear Direct Debit to pay contributions for Individual Family Takaful Plan.
• Applicable to all holders of Savings and Current Account for all banks registered and participated in the initiative MyClear Direct Debit. The updated list of banks that participate are available at the official website MyClear
• Only the official form of Takaful Malaysia MyClear Direct Debit Form which has been completed to be registered for the purposes of debiting.
• Official Form Takaful Malaysia MyClear Direct Debit Form can be obtained from any Takaful myCare Centres or Branches or your Retail Agents.
• The Company has the right to charge the customer for the outstanding balance of the registered certificate made using myClear Direct Debit payment method to ensure the certificate remains active and customer continues to enjoy the protection of Takaful Malaysia.
• The completed form should be submitted to any Takaful myCare Centres (TMCCs) or Branch only.
• For existing certificate holders, the completed Takaful Malaysia MyClear Direct Debit Form must be submitted together with Endorsement Form For Individual Family Takaful Certificate.
• No receipt will be issued. Account holders should check their monthly bank statements with their respective bank where the account maintained. Customer can also check via myTakaful Customer Portal.
• For a bill that was rejected / failed debited, please refer to the bank where your account is maintained for clarifications and explanations for the failure of the bill / debiting.
• Takaful Malaysia will not be able to seek the details on the failed billing/deduction on behalf of respective bank's account holders as the information is private and confidential between banks and account holders. This is also in line with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act / Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

Introducing JomPAY, a smart, simple and hassle-free facility that allows you to pay your takaful contributions conveniently and securely via internet and mobile banking. You can make payments via your Current/Savings account or Credit Card anytime, anywhere at no cost.

Products
You can make payment of your takaful contributions via JomPAY for the following Individual Retail Family Takaful products only:  

• No registration is required with JomPAY. You only need to have an access to the Internet or Mobile Banking of your bank.
• Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your notice/statement/letter issued by Takaful Malaysia then log on to your Internet or Mobile Banking to make payment. Takaful Malaysia’s Biller Code is 7997.
• Please key in the Ref-1 and Ref-2 unique numbers correctly for each payment session.
• If you do not have the Biller Code, Ref-1 and Ref-2 unique numbers, please call our Customer Service at 1-300 88 252 385 or email us at csu@takaful-malaysia.com.my.
• You can use the same Biller Code, Ref-1 and Ref-2 unique numbers for future payments of your contributions.
• Visit JomPAY website or click here to view the list of participating banks.
• We will not issue you a receipt for every successful payment made. You are advised to retain the receipt generated from your internet or mobile banking as an evidence of your contribution payment. Alternatively, you can check the details of your contributions via our Takaful myCustomer Portal at www.takaful-malaysia.com.my.

• When you make a JomPAY payment before 17.00 on a Banking Business Day*, the Biller will receive and recognize your payment on the same day.
• If you make a JomPAY payment after 17:00 on a Banking Business Day, the Biller will receive your payment on the next Banking Business Day.
• If you make a payment on a non-Banking day, such as on a weekend or a public holiday, the Biller will receive your payment on the next Banking Business Day.

Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) – Over The Counter (OTC)

• Please write clearly at the back of the Crossed Cheque:-
