Electronic Equipment
This certificate offers a comprehensive cover for electronic and computer related equipment including external date media. Any physical loss will be compensated, unless the loss is excluded. Items damaged or destroyed must be due to sudden unforeseen circumstances, whereby they are no longer able to function properly. The cover is divided into three sections:
Material Damage (Section 1)
Covers all hardware installation including peripheral equipment and accessories.
External Data Media (Section 2)
Covers the cost in reinstating any loss data media such as hard disc, tapes and other external data media used for storage of computer based information.
Increased Cost of Working (Section 3)
Provides indemnity for additional expenditure or increased cost of working following material loss or damage by indemnifying the cost of hiring equipment for back-up.
