L.E.A.P. (Leadership Executive Accelerated Program) offers you the following:

The criteria for selection for L.E.A.P. :-

1. Bachelor’s Degree holder with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or its equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates/less than 2 years of working experience.
3. Active involvement in extra curricular activities.
4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
5. Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
6. Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Takaful Executive Selection Criteria

1. Open to Malaysian citizens only.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
3. Working experience in Insurance / Takaful sales will be an added advantage.
4. Sales driven and strong customer orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
5. Must be a team player, energetic and result oriented with a desire to achieve excellent service.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Positive attitude and adaptable to change in working environment.
8. Willing to travel.
9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
