Takaful Malaysia recently launched the Takaful Malaysia 100 Youth Leadership Programme as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts to empower high-potential youth. The programme was held from 11 to 15 August 2025 at Outward Bound Malaysia (OBM), Teluk Batik, Lumut, the programme involved 100 Form 4 Asnaf students from Perak. Through OBM’s Leadership Development framework, students engaged in activities focused on leadership, teamwork, resilience and personal growth—equipping them with the skills and values to become future leaders and responsible citizens.
During the programme, En. Mohamed Sabri Ramli, Chief Executive Officer of Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Am Berhad (STMAB), presented a mock cheque worth RM30,000.00 to Puan Hajah Fadhilah Hawary, Deputy Director of the Student Development Sector at Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri (JPN) Perak. The contribution was allocated for the parents of the Asnaf students and for food aid for their families.
This initiative reflected Takaful Malaysia’s ongoing commitment to education, youth development and community wellbeing, embodying the true spirit of takaful—mutual support and shared prosperity.
