Takaful Malaysia contributed RM150,000.00 to the Braille Project at Sekolah Agama Princess Elizabeth, Johor Bahru, as part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. This initiative aims to support visually impaired students by improving their access to religious and academic education.
The contribution funded the purchase of Braille Qur’ans, Brailler machines, a Braille embosser for learning materials and storage cabinets—tools that empower students to learn independently and confidently.
Also present at the event was En. Rusdi Mat Saat, a visually impaired alumnus and long-serving staff member of Takaful Malaysia, whose success story reflects the power of perseverance and opportunity.
This initiative highlights Takaful Malaysia’s continued commitment to diversity, inclusion and community wellbeing, upholding the true spirit of takaful—mutual support and shared prosperity.
