Breakdown  
Takaful Malaysia’s appointed service provider will provide free towing service up to 30km (one-way trip) per incident from breakdown scene to the nearest Takaful Malaysia’s panel workshop. For additional distance exceeding 50km, you shall bear the additional costs of RM2.00 per km.

 
Notes:
Takaful Malaysia reserves the right to decline your request for towing to other non-panel workshop.
Any road toll charges incurred shall be borne by you.

 
Accident  
Takaful Malaysia’s appointed service provider will provide free towing service up to a maximum of RM50 to the preferred motorcycle repairer.

Tyre Change/Jump Start  
Takaful Malaysia’s appointed service provider will assist and repair the vehicle on the roadside with free labour costs up to 2 hours. All other costs incurred including replacement of vehicle spare parts during the repairs and road toll charges, if any, will be borne by you.

 
Fuel Delivery  
Takaful Malaysia’s appointed service provider will assist to arrange fuel delivery to the breakdown scene. All other costs incurred including the costs of the fuel and road toll charges, if any, will be borne by you.

• This service is available from Monday to Saturday within 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
• No additional cost will be charged to the Participant for this arrangement.
• The service is subject to the availability of parts in the workshop at the time of request.
• This service is applicable for Takaful myMotor and myClick Motor – Private Car with add on Windscreen coverage
• On-site Windscreen Replacement applicable for 1 time claim only.

 
Important note for Comprehensive Motorcycle Takaful coverage, these benefits are only applicable for first time utilization during the Period of Takaful. The participants shall bear the total cost for any subsequent assistance requested.
